RCARO's Participation in the Southeast Asian Congress of Medical Physics 2011 16-19 Nov. 2011 Bohol, Philippines                            

RCARO Staff Workshop on the Future Cooperation for Sustainable Development 1-3 Nov. 2011  Jeju, Republic of Korea     RCARO Staff Workshop on the Future Cooperation for Sustainable Development was held on 1-3 Nov. 2011 in Jeju, Republic of Korea. RCARO organized the workshop to discuss and brainstorm the ideas on how to enhance the RCARO’s future activities for sustainable development. The participants of the workshop expressed their appreciation to the staff of RCARO for the fruitful gathering.

       The joint training workshop on research reactor utilization and radiation technology application was successfully completed on 21 October 2011 at Korean Atomic Energy Research Institute, Daejeon Republic of Korea. It is organized by RCARO in cooperation with KAERI .

RCARO's Participation in 2011 World Molecular Imaging Congress  7-10 Sep. 2011, San Diego, USA          

Completion of RCA/UNDP Project Regional Training Courses 26th August 2011 Seoul National University Bundang Hospital, Republic of Korea       RCA-UNDP Regional Training Courses have been successfully completed on 26th August, 2011. Participants of the training courses had a meeting to discuss the outcomes of the training courses and plans for annual review meeting which will be held in December 2011.   Participants thanked Director and staff of RCARO and PLCC as well as his staff from Seoul National University Bundang Hospital for the fruitful courses. The participants also exchanged their feedbacks and views to improve the contents of the courses.

  Initiation of RCA/UNDP Project Regional Training Courses 8th August 2011 Seoul National University Bundang Hospital, Republic of Korea         As decided at the Kick-Off Meeting in May, Thailand, the Regional Training Courses of RCA/UNDP Project have been successfully initiated on 8th August 2011 at Seoul National University Bundang Hospital, Republic of Korea. Total 20 trainees from 11 Member States will be attending the training courses untill 26th August 2011.      

  Presentation Ceremony for Mr. Syed Irfan Hussain Mashadi, Temp Staff from Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission at the Director’s office of RCARO on 26 July. 2011         Mr. Syed Irfan Hussain Mashadi has successfully completed his assignment as RCARO temporary staff  assisting the RCARO on the renewal of RCA Homepage and successful implementation of RCA/UNDP project.
