Mr. Hai Joo Moon was appointed as the new Director of RCARO at the 38th Meeting of National RCA Representatives. Mr. Moon's past careers include Director General of Nuclear and Big Science Policy Bureau, Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning, Director General for Exhibition & Research Bureau, National Science Museum of Korea and Director General at Korea Institute of S&T Evaluation and Planning.
