(25 Jun 04) The 11th RCARO Steering Committee meeting was held in Daejeon, this time at KINS, on 25 June 2004. The Committee's function is to give advice and make major decisions regarding the operation and management of RCARO on the aspect of the host government of RCARO. RCARO reported to the meeting on 26th RCA NRM, Workshop for RCA Working Staff of Member States, 1st Selection Committee meeting, and future vision. The Committee meeting was conducted on virtually by cyber communication between the situation rooms of MOST in Gwacheon City near Seoul, KIRAMS in Seoul and KINS in Daejeon.
