(10 Jun 04) Dr. Md Nordin Razlely, former Section Head of East Asia and the Pacific Section (TCPAS) of the Department of Technical Co-operation, IAEA, who is now Head of Strategic Planning and Technology Management, Malaysian Institute for Nuclear Technology Research (MINT) visited RCARO on 10 June 2004 and exchanged views on the RCARO initiative programme.
